These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of klockevents.com (the "Site"), operated by Klock Events ("Klock," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for general information about our event design, planning, and production services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site.
Content and intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photography, video, logos, and the Klock Events name and marks — is owned by Klock or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Service engagements
Information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer. Event production services are provided under separate written proposals and agreements, and those documents — not these Terms — govern any engagement between you and Klock.
Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as LinkedIn, Google reCAPTCHA, and HubSpot forms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
